1、The single-shaft paddle mixing machine is a high-performance batch mixing machine which can uniformly mixing dry solid materials capable of flowing freely. It is mainly applied to feeds, powdering and other grain processing industries, and is used for mixing materials. According to the features of the mixed materials and added liquid, this high-speed mixing machine can add liquid in the proportion of 5%.
2、The mixing cavity with the optimal geometric design is matched with the paddle, which ensures excellent features of the high-speed mixing machine: mixing time (about 1.5min/batch).
3、The door is opened widely, so the discharging time is not more than 15S.
4、The reasonably designed superficial area proportion of the mixing cavity facilitates in optimizing mixing processes to prevent materials from being left, thus preventing pollution.

6、The paddle and the split spindle sealing part in the single-shaft paddle mixing machine can be quickly and conveniently replaced.
7、When the mixing machine operates normally, the access door cannot be opened; when the access door is opened, the mixing machine will not be started; if power failure, insufficient pressure and other conditions occur in the production process, the mechanical self-locking device can prevent the discharging door from being opened.
